Welcome to Lele’s Body Positivity. My message is to anyone who wants a change but doesn’t want to to only feel beautiful when they’re smaller. We must practice true acceptance of the change in our bodies while recognizing that there is still room to improve.

We can let this be the platform that helps us become away and accepting of not only our flaws and shortcomings but those of others as well. A safe place for everyone, healthy and those willing to become healthy, to share experiences, learn about each other’s struggles and encourage each other to love ourselves enough to change the habits that hurt us the most.

I want for all of us to love the bodies we have, and through loving ourselves, we learn about our health and hormones to make better decisions.

We can all do this. It doesn’t matter what you inherited through genetics. Your health is yours to take control over and overcome.
